Labour Supply
When you need a supply of trained, skilled and qualified labour it makes sense to come to ZCL, a company with years of experience in the front line of civil engineering and construction. We pride ourselves on delivering valuable resources and outcomes to various sectors of the industries. Our workforce is vetted to ensure they are competent, qualified, and compliant with legislation.
We have an excellent safety record and are experienced in supplying labour for main contractors and clients on motorway improvements, trunk road and by-pass upgrades, railway and station upgrades and other major infrastructure projects. In particular we have a wide experience of working on extensive sites in live traffic conditions.
We are well placed to continue at the rate of growth achieved in recent years and are focused on a multitude of sectors across the industry.
Plant Hire
We provide an in-house source of reliable plant, this is also available to our Training Division which is a CITB and City and Guilds accredited training provider with a primary focus on competency based training and safety training both for the group and for external clients.
Civil Engineering & Construction
We undertake groundwork contracts of various sizes throughout the UK. Groundworks for retail parks and road construction are typical of the range of work undertaken. A key quality of the business is the flexibility it has demonstrated in meeting the needs of clients. We have demonstrated an ability to form mutually beneficial long term business relationships with main Contractors across a range of contract types. Aligned to this partnership approach we are committed to operating in a sustainable way in terms of minimising environmental impact, maximising the recycling of waste materials and creating jobs which support the well-being of our employees and the communities in which we work.
Plant Training
We have a training division which not only trains our own staff but also other Contractors workforces.
