We want to give a shout-out to all the amazing women within our business who continuously work hard and help us succeed.
This year’s campaign aims to encourage important conversations on #EmbracingEquity.
Although equity and equality are often used interchangeably, they don’t mean the same thing.
Equality is the end goal – equity is how you get there.
Equity means that we provide resources and opportunities that fit the specific needs or circumstances of that person or group, and in that way, we can reach an equal outcome.
We want to encourage more women to consider a career in construction to reflect the society that we live in.
